In order to maintain the operation of the software solution and users’ productivity, The Red Point offers a wide range of maintenance and support services aimed at maintaining the IT systems supplied, as well as their operations at highest levels. Such services allow you to protect your investment in the acquired systems, system’s integration with the existing technologies and reassure you that your personnel can have access to technical assistance whenever necessary.
The services available for our customers are:
